Security deposit required before release
A security deposit is required before any drone rental is released, shipped, delivered, or picked up. The deposit may be paid by cash, Zelle, credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Chime, or Cash App.

The deposit is held until the rental kit is returned, inspected, and accepted by DroneEverything.net. Late fees, missing items, damage, shipping fees, carrier fees, or other amounts owed may be deducted from the deposit.
Renter responsibility protects the rental kit
Damaged or Missing Items
If any item is damaged, missing, lost, stolen, water damaged, crash damaged, impact damaged, or returned in a different condition, the renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of that item.
Drone Flyaway or Loss
If the drone flies away, is lost during flight, stolen, water damaged beyond use, crash damaged beyond use, unrecoverable, or not returned, the renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of the drone and any affected equipment.
Incomplete or Non-Returned Kit
If the complete rental kit is not returned, stolen, lost, or returned incomplete, the full security deposit may be kept and applied toward replacement cost, unpaid fees, late fees, shipping fees, carrier fees, and missing items.
Mail-out rentals require approved return shipping proof
For mail-out rentals, the renter must provide the rental location, shipping address, rental dates, and requested drone kit before approval. DroneEverything.net will provide outbound shipping cost after reviewing the rental location, requested kit, and rental dates.
The renter is responsible for shipping both ways, including shipping from DroneEverything.net to the renter and return shipping back to DroneEverything.net.
Renter remains responsible for late fees if the kit is not given to USPS, UPS, or FedEx by the agreed return ship date, proof is not provided, an unapproved carrier is used, or shipping is delayed because of renter error. DroneEverything.net is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, failed delivery attempts, or delays outside our control.

The deposit is held until the rental kit is returned, inspected, and accepted. Any amount owed for late fees, missing items, damage, replacement cost, shipping, carrier fees, or other rental charges may be deducted from the deposit.
