  1. Standard 5-Day Guarantee

  1.1. Purpose: This guarantee ensures that the drone and included accessories are functional upon delivery. It covers only the core functions necessary for a

  pre-flight check.

  1.2. Guarantee Period: This guarantee is valid for five (5) calendar days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by shipping carrier tracking. After 5 days, this

  guarantee expires completely.

  1.3. Covered Functions: This guarantee is strictly limited to the following functions:

       * The drone and remote controller power on.

       * The remote controller links to the drone.

       * The camera gimbal initializes and responds to controls.

       * The camera transmits a live video feed to the controller.

       * The motors successfully arm (spin up) via controller commands.

  1.4. Exclusions: This guarantee is immediately and permanently voided if any of the following occur:

       * The drone undertakes a flight, successful or otherwise.

       * The drone is crashed, dropped, or sustains any impact.

       * The product is exposed to water or moisture.

       * The product is modified, opened, or tampered with in any way.

       * Any damage is caused by user error or failure to follow DJI guidelines.

  2.1. Scope of Coverage: This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the refurbished drone and the specific DJI-branded accessories included

  in your purchase under normal use. “Normal use” is defined as operating the drone in accordance with DJI’s official user manuals and safety guidelines.

  2.2. Warranty Period: This warranty is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days, beginning on the date the product is delivered.

  2.3. Our Responsibility (The Remedy): Should a covered defect arise, we will, at our sole discretion, choose to: (a) Repair the product, (b) Replace the product, or
