$50 Diagnotics Fee – Our Drone Repair Shop Process

- SCHEDULE A DROP-OFF TIME. We have hours 6 days a week for drop-off. Closed Sunday’s.
- BRING ALL PARTS, remotes, cables, batteries, chargers, etc.
- A $50 or $100 deposit is required (depends on the model of drone). We will send a price quote and an estimated time of completion.
- IF YOU APPROVE, THE REPAIR BEGINS. We will also give your drone a good cleaning.
- IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO DO THE REPAIR, a flat diagnostic fee of $50.00 will be charged.
- After repair and a THOROUGH TEST is completed, we will send you a text notifying you of completion or if more work needs to be done. You can pay online, over the phone, through text, or in person. We accept Cash and Zelle at no added fees, A 3% fee is added to all major credit cards, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay & PayPal payments.
- SCHEDULE A PICK-UP TIME. Receive your drone and continue your droning adventures.
- You have 7 business days to pick up the drone. A storage fee of $10 a day will start accruing after seven business days. After 30 days, the drone becomes ours and is forfeited by the owner for abandonment unless other ringers were made.
